Millie tries to drink the milk out of my bowl during breakfast. It's a lot to deal with first thing in the morning, but Sara thought it was picture worthy.

Millie resting on my marathon gear the night before the race. She was hoping it would bring me luck. I'd hate to see what it would have been like without luck.
Millie and Aspen resting on top of the couch. Not sure they've picked up on the difference between Boulder and Brooklyn.

Aspen is camped out in the window waiting for a pigeon to get too close.
Millie hiding in a grocery bag.
Sara gives Millie a tour of the apartment in her box. She tolerated it, but no more.
Millie in another box.
Our cat food delivery sprung a leak. Fortunately Millie was willing to investigate the damage.
Aspen was pretending to rest with me, but he appears to have been trying to snatch my keys from my pocket and go out on the town.

Standing outside the inflation part Wednesday night. You can see the Macy's stars that led the parade over my shoulder.
Buzz light year. Gives you a sense of how far away we were from the real parade route.

Spider man. His first year in the parade and one of the first floats we saw.
A picture of one of the floats. From where we were standing they were a little harder to see.
Kermit. Sara's favorite float.
This picture of Kermit gives you a sense of how far away we were. The building on the left is the Trump Towers. If you lived there you'd have a sweet view of the parade.
Mickey Mouse dressed in a nautical theme. It was sponsored by the Disney cruise line. I know it's hard to belive, but it appears that Macy's sold out.
Snoopy dressed as a fighter pilot. This one is for Kylie.

A smurf. Most of the kids around us didn't know what this guy was. Very sad.
A shot of Santa. The final float of the parade. Everyone was ready to go home and have some coffee by the time we saw him, but I still felt a moment of Christmas spirit as I rushed to the subway.

Good pics....I was beginning to think A&M left their camera in Boulder.
Now I actually know someone who has seen the Macy's parade in person.
