Ski Videos, Snow Videos and more cute photos

This is going to be a mammoth post. Prepare yourself for good stuff. Videos, photos, athletes in action (yes, we're the athletes). A little bit of everything...

We'll start with Scott at Snowmass with the mountains in his background.

Here are the famous (to some) Maroon Bells. They're 2 14,000 foot peaks just outside of Aspen.
More spectacular scenery from the top of Snowmass. You can see a long way.
Here's a wide angle shot of the Maroon Bells. Crested Butte is on the other side of the mountain, but its a long hard trip to get there that way.
Here's Sara at Aspen Highlands. Its a small steep resort right around the corner from the city of Aspen.
Here's Scott relaxing with Maggie after a hard day of skiing. Skiing for Scott, Doggie Day Care for Maggie. She said she met Don Johnson's dog.

Scott and Aspen before we hit the road to ski.Scott is one of the tiny ant-sized people down there. This is our first day up at Snowmass, one of the four mountains at Aspen. Sara and Mike's backside.
Sara after having taken a soft fall on lots of fresh powder.
Mike chatting on the phone during a brief slope break. Notice there's basically no one but us in these photos. Despite the amazing conditions, it was not crowded at all.
Here are some aspens in Aspen. No leaves in Feburary appartently.
Sara rocking it on the mountain.
Mike standing in the pownder after a good crash.
Scott on the lift. The beard is face insulation. Here are some videos of the drive over. As you can tell from Sara's voice over, it was a little harrowing.

Here's another drive video.

Here's a ski video of Sara. Its like an instructional video. Everyone can take a lesson from this. We're at Snowmass and the skiing was as good as we've ever seen.

Scott skiing (and falling) in the bumps. If you're not falling, you're not skiing.

One last ski video. Scott after that fall coming out of the bumps.
